The plan, drawn

62 tools open the door.
41 are what you get for
walking through it.

Every tool we own, sorted into the eight rooms of the new site — and the wall down the middle that turns a browser into a signature.

The one rule

Describing the market is free.
Finding a deal costs a signature.

Every lock on this page comes from that single line. Nothing else decides it.

Always open

Anything that describes the market. Prices per square foot. What sold and how long it took. Which month clears the highest price. Where the money is being spent. This is what makes a stranger believe we are not guessing.

Never open

Anything that finds a deal, names an owner, or produces a number a client can act on. The dossier. The push number. The seller list. The workbook. This is the consideration — what the commission actually buys.

The wall

Four gates, and what it costs to pass each.

No signup. This is the bait — it has to be genuinely good or nobody bites.

tools live on neumangroupre.com

The shop window. Built to be found by strangers and to be believed in under a minute.

34
tools live on REmined

The back room. Most of it stays there on purpose — it is what an agent gets for hanging a licence, and what a client gets for signing.

The eight rooms

Who walks in, what they fear, what they get.

Seven of these sections already exist in the Prestige build. The eighth — Agents — is new, and it is the only room designed to withhold.

Home

They have never heard of us
31

“Is this just another agent with a Zillow login?”

Proof, not tools. The whole room exists to be believed in nine seconds.

Listings

They are browsing, not buying
31

“Show me houses. Do not sell me anything.”

Capture, do not close. Everything free, one email asked for at the saved-list.

Buy & Rent

Buyers and renters
44

“I am going to overpay and never know it.”

Free: this price looks questionable. Signed: what to offer, why, and what to say.

Sell

Sellers
441

“I am going to sell too cheap.”

Free: your street’s real price per square foot. Signed: the defensible top number, the best month, and what — if anything — to fix.

Invest

Investors and high earners
515

“The broker is lying to me.”

Free: the truth sheet and the chain of custody. Signed: the engines that find the deal.

Manage

Owners who already hold property
23

“Is my unit under-rented, and should I just sell?”

Free: the rent map. Signed: your number, your days-to-lease, your annual keep-or-sell call.

Relocate

Movers and their employers
8

“Is the tax saving real, or a sales pitch?”

Free: the whole tax arithmetic. The concierge is the product, not the data.

Mitigate My Taxes

High earners with a tax bill, and investors
144

“Everyone selling me this leaves out the part that disqualifies me.”

Free: the whole arithmetic, plus the two traps — the passive-loss test and recapture — said before the number instead of after. Signed: the price you can pay and still hit your return.

Agents — NEW

Licensed agents
281

“What do I actually get that eXp will not give me?”

Free: their own numbers, read back to them. Locked: every tool that finds a deal.

House only

Nobody outside the business
7

Listed only so none of it gets accidentally promoted onto a public page.

The agent wall

Give them the mirror. Keep the engine.

This is the part that has to be got exactly right. An agent who sees everything has no reason to move. An agent who sees nothing has no reason to call.

Show it — free, no login

tools they can touch tonight
Automatic Valuation AnalysisA proof of value — every number with its evidence. Type an address, get a client-ready valuation analysis — sales-comp grid for 1–4 units, income approach for 5+ doors, every source cited with county deep links.
Agent LeaderboardEvery agent in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach ranked off real closed MLS sales. Proves we outsell whoever else they are interviewing.
For Agents lookupType your name and see the track record we already hold on you — volume, rank against tens of thousands of agents, how your listings really close. The taste that starts the conversation.
Brainiac's CornerCity scoreboard, fastest-growing and cooling cities, where buyers hold the power, died-on-the-market, best month to sell, furnished / new-construction / waterfront / pool premiums, records.
Plus two things that live in other roomsThe Agent Leaderboard is already open to everyone — they will look themselves up, then look up their competition. And the one move that closes the meeting is not a page at all: “give me an address you know”, then run the dossier live in front of them.

Nothing on this side finds a deal. All of it proves we already hold the record they thought was private — which is exactly why it makes them ask what else we have.

Name it. Do not open it.

tools that come with the card
Agent CaveThe agent-facing side of the cave forecast: what your listings asked for versus what they really sold for, segment by segment — plus your 12-month volume, your rank and percentile across 77,000+ tri-county agents, your trend, and the slider: sell another $100k, see where you land.
Fell-off-and-came-backListings pulled from the market and quietly relisted, plus every cut measured from the highest price ever carried. Sellers already softened up.
Seller Leads / Motivated SellersOwners the public record says have a reason to sell: open code violations, delinquent taxes, pre-foreclosure, stacked on absentee and deep-equity signals. Every lead shows why it is on the list.
Owner SearchAny person or company name across the Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and St. Lucie rolls — then every building that owner holds.
Lien CheckWhat is actually recorded against a property.
Auto-DialerHit call on a deal; your phone rings first from our line, you answer, we connect the listing agent. You are always live before they pick up.
Deal DeskAdd a client's email and they join the daily deal blast with their own claim page. First client to claim a deal gets it; you are emailed the second it happens.
Team ReviewDeals the team has voted good or bad. Nothing is deleted; 75% one way makes it a Team Pick or Team Passed.
The Unfair Advantage deckThe ten-exhibit recruiting presentation, run live on the real system. Nothing in it is a mock-up.

Every one of these finds a deal, names an owner, or wins a listing. That is why it is the compensation and not the marketing.

Your notes

Everything you have written, in one place.

The pencil next to any tool, any section, or the box below opens a text box right there. It saves by itself a second after you stop typing — there is no save button and nothing to submit. Clearing a box deletes that note; every version is kept in a history log either way.

Click any pencil above and start typing. What you write shows up here.

A note on the whole plan

Anything that is not about one tool — the shape of it, what is missing, what you want changed first.

Every tool on this page already exists.

Nothing here is a build. The work left is deciding which room each one appears in and how hard it is to reach — and both of those are one line of config.
