You do not pay for any of this — not a licence fee, not a seat, not a monthly. What we want instead is production. Sign with us exclusively, agree the split, and the wall opens.
We build the tools and keep building them. You hang your licence with us, exclusively, on a split we agree before you sign. As long as you are producing, everything behind the wall is yours to use — in full, at no charge.
Hit the number and access starts immediately — not next quarter, not at renewal. It then runs for the rest of that calendar year plus the whole of the next one. Hit it in February and you are covered for that year and all of the year after it. Go a full calendar year without hitting it and the tools close for the following year.
The production threshold — and whether it is volume, closed sides or gross commission — is agreed with you and written into your agreement. We are not printing a universal figure here, because there is not one yet, and a blank dressed up as a number would be worse than saying so.
Compensation on a deal is negotiated now, not assumed — residential and commercial both. That is a conversation, and it is ours to have, not yours.
Before you spend a Saturday showing a property, the compensation on it gets confirmed in writing. We make that call to the listing side — you do not chase it, and you do not discover at closing that there was nothing to split. The exact mechanics vary by deal and by market, which is exactly why it is handled by us instead of printed here as a rule.
Last in most pitches. Not hidden in this one, because the arrangement falls apart if somebody signs without having read it.
Every tool on this site, and anything built later at an agent’s request. Asking for it does not make it yours; using it does not make it yours. You get to use it, in full, for as long as you are producing with us — and that is the whole of what you get. The Neuman Group itself holds a licence on the same terms, not ownership.
Exclusivity, a commission split and an assignment of intellectual property are contract language. The signed agreement is the authority; this page only describes it, and the real one gets read by somebody qualified before anyone signs anything.
Bring your production numbers and an address you know cold. We will run the system live on it.
Two ways forward.
